The service
FlyThru Studio produces short cinematic fly-through films, generated by AI from photographs you supply, for a flat fee of $300 USD per property. Each film is delivered as a 16:9 widescreen master and a 9:16 vertical master, scored with licensed music. Target turnaround is 48 hours from receiving your photos.
Photo rights warranty
You may only send us photographs you own or hold the rights to use and adapt — typically the photography commissioned for your own listing or website. By purchasing, you warrant that you hold those rights and you accept responsibility for any claim arising from photos you supplied without them. If you are unsure whether you hold the rights, ask your photographer before ordering.
Preview, payment, and refunds
You always see a watermarked preview before paying. If you are not delighted at any point before you accept delivery of the unwatermarked masters, you owe nothing — and if you have already paid, we refund in full. Once you accept delivery, the sale is final.
Your license
On payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide commercial license to use your film to promote your property — on your listing, your website, your social channels, and your advertising. The music in your film is licensed for that commercial use. You may not resell the film itself or strip the music for use elsewhere.
Honesty
Our films are AI-generated from still photographs and we describe them that way. We recommend you do the same — they are your own photos in motion, and that is nothing to hide.
